#1 Yes, it IS working, which is why the peace delegates are being targeted. The Islamic Courts can't possibly allow peace to come to Somalia unless they're in charge. Every time they catch one of these degenerate pieces of putrid garbage, they should hang them in the central square for a month, for all to see. As an old friend of mine used to say, it's nice to be loved, but it's better to be feared than to be treated with contempt. The Islamic Courts are treating the rest of Somalia with contempt. The "good" Somalis, along with the Ethiopians and Ugandans, need to prove they're to be feared.
