I'd agree, MM, if you'd said 1000 ROUNDS of HE. The Israelis will only stop the firing of Kassams when it becomes too costly to continue. I'd also shut off electricity and water to Gaza two hours for each Kassam. Make the whole population hostage to the behavior of the terrorists. Sooner or later, the population will get tired of having to bathe in sea water, drink and cook with bottled water, all by the light of a candle and a charcoal brazier. It might SOUND romantic to live in the 7th Century, but the actual experience leaves much to be desired.

#5 I seem to remember that historically the fuel of choice in that part of the world was dried dung rather than charcoal... trees being so very rare. I could be wrong, though.
