#1 And in related domestic news: the city of Tacoma is installnig speakers at bus stations in order to play classical music to disrupt gang activities. Seems these miscreants cannot stand Bach, Mozart, or anybody that ain't a rapper.
think more cops with billy clubs would be more effective. but that's just me.
