#1 I guess Iran considers these Afghans illegal aliens. If they had 12 million, they could be done in a few years. I wonder who these Afghans are? It is difficult to imagine anyone wanting to immigrate to Iran in the first place legally or illegally. These guys must not fit into Iran's theocracy notion of heaven.
