#1 What's going on? Mr. Bolton has been speaking publicly, loudly, and plainly on matters that technically are no longer his concern. Not that I object -- these things need to be said, by someone who'll be listened to, especially to offset George Tenet and his fellow travellers. But still, it's awfully unusual...
