#1 I doubt it.

These guys shot at the dope runner 14 times. They walked around the area after he hightailed and picked up all the shell casings. Then they didn't report the shooting incident. There's lots of moving parts here and I wouldn't be surprised to hear that Bush waits for things to slow down and all the facts to emerge before he takes action. This is not necessarily the no-brainer it is being made to appear. Let's wait for all the facts.

#2 Having done internal investigations on BPAs, these fellows (and suprs) would have had some time off, but no way would I have given any credence to the doper, much less talk an AUSA into giving him immunity. These two BPAs are nothing more than a political statement by someone who is or who is going into politics.
