#2 Hopefully lots of shoot-outs and arrests to follow, as the Coalition Forces work their way down the names on the attached payroll list. Poor Prince Turki is going to have to dig in his own pocket to replace those funds, now that he's back home.

#7 Both the Dinars and the Dollars are heavily tracked. The government has been very into tracking the flow of money since the drug war began.

The damn fools probably didn't even launder it properly, so there'll be lots of consecutive numbers which is a bad a compromise as it gets.

Tracking money is so easy that the "Where's George?" website does it as entertainment:

They will be able to track it back through countries, banks, charities, and even individual donors.
