#3 A Mardi Gras float is culture too! Haven't you ever seen one - they look just like her. Papier mache head on the front, some kind of decoration glued all over the sides, and racks of plastic beads down the middle, ready to toss to the throngs of onlookers. I could probably find a picture but wouldn't know how to post it.
