#1 I live in an apartment 1 block away from the Caesar Park. Matter of fact, I am looking at it through my window right now. All I can say about Rangel is he must have worn a blindfold to never see a "pool, beach, or anything." Every room in the Caesar provides either an Ocean view or a view of the pool.
