#1 Plenty of those on this side of the pond, too. Career petty criminals who are out of jail just long enough to do something that gets them back inside, where they are more comfortable.

#2 here in Santee we have the San Diego County women's jail. A woman was released last week, given a bus token. She promptly went to the 7-11 down the street, and stole goods, running out the door - all the way to the bus stop a block away where she was arrested a short time later....waiting for that bus. Idjit

#3 Grew up with a guy who went to prison for arson. First thing he did once his sentence was up was rob a bank, then walked accross the street to the police station and turned himself in.
