#3 I can think of no time in history when a military force was polite enough to telephone ahead before they paid a visit.

It is obvious the Israelis are bending over backwards and even placing their own operations at some additional risk in order to minimize civilian casualties.

How can they tell? Hezbollah deliberately wear civilian clothes. So that reporter is making a bullshit editorial comment and presenting it as new - that paper and reporter should be called to task - PROVE they were civilians. You're making the claim PROVE it.
