#1 Ala PRAVDA, the Russians claim that the Norkies didn't violate any international rules iff it fired SCUDS or NoDongs, etc. short-rangers, but didn't iff it fired Taepos. Must be nice for the Norkies to demand advance warnings for any regional tests by the USA-West but not have to reciprocate same, ergo proving that Leftism-Socialism-Communism isn't about unilateralist power and control over any and all others.
