#1 A starting point would be to form something along the lines of the WPA, or CCC, then gradualy phase out subsidies and allow realistic prices to surface.
Then supply and demand will work.
As an aside, where are those "Youths" getting the money for Coffee Houses, Tobacco and Hash?

#3 I'd like to see the interviewer challange these utes. Ask them what they think of Ammadinnerjacket stating that he's going to nuke Israel and that he wants to kill us all. Ask them how they think we'll react. Ask them how they'd react if we said we were going to nuke them. Ask them why they think our reaction should be different than theirs.

This is just more of the one way PC BS where we always have to understand them, but, can't possibly expect them to understand us.
