#1 Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to "borrow" a couple of pakistan's nukes and give them to Taiwan. They could then "test" them for peaceful purposes and tell the PRC that they got them from Kimmie.

#2 China is playing a dangerous game then. I think Japan could easily become a nuclear power in few months (if not weeks) and easily supass North Korea (and perhaps approach China herself) in capabilities.
