#1 And if I am not mistaken Kansas is one of the 4 states without concealed carry. The others being Iowa, Minnesota and Wisconsin IIRC

#3 Plus, you can add the states that technically do, but we peons never quite seem to meet the qualifications.

I think this bill goes a little too far. In your home, on your land, in your car, fine. On a public street, not so fine. We don't need to have British like idiocy, but you should need to back off if it's reasonable that would have avoided any trouble. (If confrontation is inevitable, then go ahead and shoot.)
