#1 Plan terrorism to be defined as any and all things that the US does. It will not be defined in a way that even comes close to what every everyone in the real world understand it to be.

It will be good for some good lunches and 5 hotel stays for UN functionaries however.

#8 I don't know what everybody is so happy about. By the time all the bickering and compromising is over the definition of a terrorist will be so narrow that nobody will ever be convicted of the crime.
