#1 Nice work, boys. Another pipe gun and shutter gun off the streets...

#2 Just a suggestion for any Bangladeshi rebels who may be reading this: try hiding your arms cache in a well-lit downtown area, and encourage your followers to stay well away from there. That way, when the police arrest you and force you to reveal your stash, there's minimal chance of an accident in which you get shot. Just a suggestion.

#3 As sure as the sun rises in the East, the RAB never fails to amaze.

#4 I'm curious about exactly what a "shutter gun" is. I Googled a bit, and I'm not much wiser: There's a Spyder (probably not it). A reference to a movie uses the term: "Three Kings/ Slow shutter gun battle after iraqi general is killed." I suppose we're not talking about Transformer toys. And I'm not familiar enough with the Vickers to guess whether a part called a "shutter" is distinctive enough to become a generic label for machine guns.

From
TheDaily Star

Local residents say gunrunners mainly smuggle four types of firearms into Bangladesh: Kamare or Chhakka, pistols made by blacksmiths or in iron workshops or local engineering workshops; Auto-Nakka, a revolver with a nine-room magazine; Double-shutter gun, used to hit a short-range target by pulling half the bolt and a distant target by pulling the full bolt; and seven-gear sawn-off rifle.

#8 ... died on the spot while two constables of Shibchar Police Station were injured.
"Dammit, I told you, lift with your legs, not your back"

My favorite comment from the Crossfire Gazette so far. Gawd, I'm still chuckling over that one.
