#1 This, if true, is very, very interesting. Nayef has protected the terrs right along. You ever notice how raids always uncover weapons but the people got away? Nayef is NO friend to the West, and sees himself on the throne rather than the current vegetating occupant.

#4 Trying to sift out the bullshit to figure out who is who inside the Magic Kingdom is a trip and a trial. There is no such thing as loyalty outside of the ancient traditional model: family / clan / tribe...

Nayef is as much AlQ's friend as enemy. It's the real Magical Myster Tour. If this is Tuesday, it must be Riyadh.

#6 Scratch a Saudi Wahabbi, find a Terrorist Killer, so who cares if they kill each other? Just keep them inside their own country.

#7 Sheesh. Bold is just as distracting as Caps. Your message, no matter how relevant, wise, or wily gets lost when the "look at meeee!" stuff is overused. Sigh. Okay now, where are my sunglasses... now what did you say?

#8 LOL Seafarious.

Figuring out who is on who's side in the Magic Kingdom reminds me of an anecdote I read in the book "Chickenhawk", written by a Huey pilot about his experiences in Vietnam (it's a great read).

I paraphrase:

A bunch of newbies were being given a briefing about Vietnam's fauna, and were told that out of 100 snake species, 95 were poisonous.

One of the newbies raises his hand and asks, "Sir, how can we tell them apart?"

The lecturer growls, "Son, with odds like that, you can afford to come to a sweeping conclusion: kill them all."

#9 Recently Saudis had announced they had killed another Al-Q operations chief. Think the bombing was Al-Q's response?
