#5 Adoun is dirty. Not all terrorsists strap bombs. Some are required to provide safe havens, support, communicaton, recon, and religious direction. From Frank's article:
Authorities said in a criminal complaint that Abdoun, who had worked for minimum wage, traveled extensively throughout Malaysia, Thailand, India, Japan, Singapore and Australia using a French passport that identified him as Alexandre Daniel Esaie Aubron.

Terrorism will continue to be effective and mass murder profitable as long as the west treats it like a criminal matter, and not the dirtiest/lowest form of warfare. Adoun should have been taken out in the desert and shot and his family hunted down.
