#1 The russian is to be ocmmended, he took them to keep it safe. He'd written several letters complaining of lax security, he was worried terrorists or others would get it.

Now he handed it in, do you think he got the cash reward? NO!

He was arrested, silly and thrown in jail.

That's the new Russia under Putin.

I am inclined to like Putin as a strongman to be tough on Islamists but he will be a bad enemy in the long run as he will take Russia back to being a dictatorship.

#6 I hope the US embassy is smart enough to give him a reward. 10,000 dollars is not much to us, but is quite a lot to a Russian scientist. Reward him and others for doing the right thing and the word will spread.
