#3 There is as much a chance of Fallujas chiefs turning over Zarqawi and the foreigners as Mullah Omar had of turning over bin Laden and al Qaeda. Even if they wanted to, letâs not forget who has the guns and have no qualms about using them. The best hope we have is that more Fallujans will point out where the foreigners are hiding.
