I think this talk about destroying the prison is silly. Are we going to destroy all the prisons in Iraq and build all new ones?

It takes a lot of money and time to build a prison. Why is the US Government committing itself to this huge, unnecessary expenditure? If the Iraqis want to destroy a good prison for no good reason and build a new one, then let them do it.
