#1 Launching of the operation has no relationship with anything. Well, maybe with the militants having enough time to move to a neighboring province, but we aren't going to hold them to a strict timetable. We'll strike when the time is right, like the Wednesday after Saudi Arabia's open, democratic elections or the second Friday after Hell freezes over.

I sleep soundly at night knowing we have allies like the Pakistanis.
