#1 Ahmedzai tribesmen in South Waziristan Agency has announced to form a tribal army within two days to aid the government in battling foreign terrorists and the people providing refuge to them.

Foreign terrorists are probably defined here as American FBI agents. The enablers of these "foreign terrorists" would be people like Musharraf and people who support him.

#2 Perhaps they ended noticing that the AL Quaida Arabs considered them like untermenschen. Pashtouns are proud and they will not put up with people who despise no matter how holy they are. Specially being despised by people who lose their wars in Six Days.
