#1 If "Saddam eluded arrest for months by moving between 20 and 30 safehouses..." there'd better be 20 or 30 crews out with microscopes collecting intelligence.

VOA is able to use words like rebels and insurgents without scarequotes, but even they still unable to call terrorists by name.
