#2 The 'gulf' between us and the ME became a entire 'ocean' after 9/11. I see an improvement if we have made it back to just a 'gulf'.

#4 Munir Akram, Pakistanâs permanent representative to the United Nations, told the OIC Foreign Ministerâs Annual Coordination Meeting on Tuesday that the gulf between Islam and the West was widening and some states had exploited the orchestrated campaign against Islam to justify the suppression of their Muslim minorities.

You mean preventing traitorous Muslims from organizing terrorist strikes against us represents suppression of our Muslim minorities? Suppress away... (Note that Pakistan persecutes perfectly loyal non-Muslims).

That tends to happen when 19 Islamists hijack four commerical airliners and use them as missles to kill 3,000 innocent people.
