#2 Abu Bakr, who spoke to The Associated Press many times between January and July

I'm sure there's an interesting story behind that. Did he seek them out, or did they seek him out?

Whoah! Waitaminnit!

If I read this right, this guy was Fedayeen. The AP was getting quotes about Iraq from a Fedayeen?!

#4 That shows how insensitive you are, Robert. He's not a Fedayeen to the AP, he's a source.

You know why we in Iraq are occupied?" Abu Bakr asked in June. "It’s because we abandoned our religion. Our dignity and glory are in jihad (holy struggle) and our weakness is in loving life and dreading death. Why should I linger in this world when I can seek martyrdom and meet my maker." His appearance bore the hallmarks of a devout Muslim - beard, baggy trousers and a dark mark on his forehead which Muslims call a "zibiba" or raisin. It comes from the forehead scraping the carpet during prayer.

May all sick, twisted, murderous death cults be abolished.
