#7 Frank G, interesting that you raise the point of communists, wouldn't dispute the fact that they did receive aid from the soviets but I would argue that that was purely because the 'west' had a soft spot for the South Africans and would not support any group that was opposed to them, the soviets abviously being rather opportinistic jumped in instead. This sort of scenario was repeated all over the world
