#2 I'd guess that rather than being a formal ring of trained Qaeda guards, it's more like having Bugtis for a hundred miles in any direction. Don't matter who's comin' in, they're all furriners...

#3 One man's fortress can also be his prison. Unless Binny is actively directing his operation from his Eagle's Nest Redoubtâ¢, he is probably neutralized. If he gets something too coordinated in the works, then at least we know where he is and maybe do something about it.
