#1 According to the AP:The two men were on a second-floor balcony where Askew began the incident by shooting Davis at about 2 p.m. ET, as the council was in a routine meeting.
Bloomberg said Askew was shot and killed by a policeman from the floor below the balcony.

Shooting from the floor of the chamber up to the balcony and he puts 5 out of 6 in the target. That's good shooting, congratulations!

#2 He needed a Glock or a Kimber .45ACP and he would not need so many shots to drop the guy. Thank goodness he exercised good marksmanship.
