#9 This piece of fecal matter should be the subject of a biological warfare attack. He should be injected with about six quarts of flesh-eating bacteria, in the gut (do it in the head, and nobody'd be able to tell for YEARS!). Then quietly let him rot. Spread the rumors it's Allah's judgment for some wicked deed he's purported to do. Watch closely for those that develop secondary infections...
