#5 I assume you're familiar with the Darwin Awards, given to the dummy who kills himself in the stupidest way and thereby raises the collective IQ of the remaining gene pool by some measurable amount....?

I propose the Martin Award be created for the same process in government. My nominations for this year are:

1) Great Britian - for their enlightened penal system which should bring their civilization to shuddering halt sometime in the near future.

2) North Korea - for playing with nuclear fire, which should bring their civilization(?) to a somewhat more spectacular halt somewhat sooner than GB.

3) IRAQ Baathist - no blurb necessary

4) IRAN - see #3

And my personal favorite......

5) France - maybe you can't help being french, but, by all the gods, there's no excuse for acting french...
