His conclusion?

"I can't help but note, next week NATO meets in Prague: âThe number of heads of state and/or governments (at least 46) participating in the Prague Summit will make this the largest meeting ever hosted by Prague or the Czech Republic. Over 2,500 delegates are expected.â And an equal number of journalists. Plus a speech by President Bush with the leaders of NATO countries in attendance.

"I don't want to be another little boy crying wolf, and this certainly isn't some kind of prediction, but when I add up the current indicators available to the public, that's where I end up. Prague, next week."
