#6 This money has to come from Congressional legislation. Condi can friggin pledge all she wants. Our senators and representatives need to know that it is unacceptable to give these idiot terrorists a dime of our hard earned ~~deficit~~ taxes. We need to write to our ~~embarrassing officials~~ congress critters.
