#1 Please someone remind the author that the established FISA process was subverted.

#2 Hey, now do it hard to the Donks and maybe they'll understand too.

#3 Misleading headline, to put it mildly - Republicans are condemning the FISA warrant abuse, not 'surveillance powers' in general.

#4 Right, the Pubs condemn the unethical and illegal use of surveillance powers.

#5 Corrupt cops =/= bad laws.
Enforce the law. Prosecute and convict the corrupt cops.

#6 To be perfectly frank, as much whitewashing as the liberal press is doing in this, these ARE the exact same abuses that libertarian groups (such as Reason) warned would continue and expand under these surveillance laws. FISA being 100% secret can scarcely not be corrupted sooner or later. When introduced to already corrupt law enforcement officials like at the FBI and NSA, it will only be that much sooner before things become awful.

#7 Anyone notice how seldom we actually hear from current or former FISA judges ?

#8 The buck stops with POTUS.

When if ever will Zero be put on the witness stand?

#9 Lex, I would like to see Obama have to testify at Trump's Senate impeachment trial.
Along with the Bidens, Comey, Brennan, Strzok, Page, and the rest of the gang.

#10 Me too, Rambler. I honestly don't understand the logic behind rushing through it and not putting anyone on the stand. The GOP holds the high cards.
