#2 I am reminded of the story someone shared here some years ago, of a married Afghan couple who went to the doctor to find out why the wife of several months had not got pregnant. Apparently the doctor brought out the anatomy model and explained the mechanics, shocking the husband, who hadn’t realized there was a second option.
