#1 If the Corporation derives more than 51% of its profit through foreign enterprise, effectively it is no longer a USA company; therefore, it must be divided into US and Foreign equivalents, all foreign interests abide by the laws of foreign enterprise laws dba USA.

Otherwise, recall your foreign interests and abide by USA law. If done conservatively, profits generally increase, as the political element decrease in importance to the entire enterprise.

So, get out of the Political Business and return to the Stockholder Profit Business.
