Apparently Dominion was in the business of selling wins to the highest bidder, and some of our politicians from both sides of the aisle took advantage of this.

Highest bidder -- precisely. Slush, baksheesh, payola dominates our politics. It's a Uniparty thing. Look how fast nearly every GOP critter in DC caved on the election results farce.

Dr. Corsi has been publicizing conspiracy theories for almost 20 years, e.g., that George W was using funding of a highway to create a Canada/US/Mex superstate which would destroy US sovereignty). He was convicted of lying to Congress a few years ago.
