Anyway, the message is that there is a split within the West, which is one of the current Soviet propaganda themes. The main theme used to be that glorious victory was nigh, but for some reason that's no longer part of the canon.

#11 "U.S. because they are selling more gas and at higher prices, and because they are selling more weapons," and they are also spending billions of taxpayer dollars to support the war effort. That causes inflation that isn't helping things.

But what this really is, is the Germans trying to blame someone else for the cold winter their citizens are going to face.
