#1 Four Amendments About Who Can Vote." Is NYC not a part of the USA?

The Constitution specifically states you must to a citizen to vote. If allowed, it will set a dangerous precedent. I see fraud. What's to prevent these non-residents from "moving" into NYC specifically to vote. It seems like it would be easy for some Soros organization to recruit these non-citizens to put down an address 30 days prior to an election just to vote. Who is going to check this?

For crying-out-loud, doesn't NYC have more significant issues at hand. How's crime in the city? How's the budget? Corruption? Pandemic? Garbage?

Being male and a citizen means you are automatically a member of the federal militia, with the implied obligations.
