#3 Depends... Are we talking about the current "efficient nukes" the major powers have -or- are we talking about the first nukes that were *huge*? Do they have enough highly enriched uranium to build a WW2-era bomb that would take a cargo aircraft (at least) to deliver? Quite possibly.
