Is AG Barr using the executions as a Deflection tactic?

As we know the DOJ is NOT acting of Investigative findings completed back in September. Findings that clearly point out a number of upper level political Leaders that should be arrested for their Subversion and Treasonous activities.

#4 These are murders who committed egregious violent crimes. As is frequently pointed out, these creatures are going much more gently than their victims did with no due process or appeals.

There have not been major press conferences announcing the thing, NN2N1, so I think rather that he sees the probability that Mr. Biden will take office in January, putting an end to all executions, and wants to do as many as possible before then.
