#4 Adults need to behave like adults when they are around children - even when those children are 17 and look like adults. With rare, very specific exceptions (strip clubs, Carnival, Burning Man), older adults even need to behave like older adults when they are around young adults. This is part of the substrata of how you keep a healthy society functioning.
