#2 That slob has buttered his own bread. Screw him. Oh, and what's the matter, mufti man, Putin tell you to buzz off?

#3 I discern an application of tawriya, the kind of Muslim lying where how the speaker means the words is intentionally not the same as the targetted audience understands them. Wannabe neo-Ottoman sultan Erdogan I intends to conquer Europe by the jihad of the womb and floods of asylum seekers who will look to him in gratitude — I think he has unrealistic expectations of Muslim gratitude, but he was ever a romantic — not let Europe tame and leash him.

From Deception, Lying and Taqiyya:

Taqiyya - Saying something that isn't true as it relates to Muslim identity (i.e whether one is a Muslim or what that means). This is a Shiite term: the Sunni counterpart is Muda'rat.

Kitman - Lying by omission. An example would be when Muslim apologists quote only a fragment of verse 5:32 (that if anyone kills "it shall be as if he had killed all mankind") while neglecting to mention that the rest of the verse (and the next) mandate murder in undefined cases of "corruption" and "mischief."

Tawriya - Intentionally creating a false impression by saying something that is technically true, when knowing that the listener will interpret it in a different way. This practice has a broader application than taqiyya.

Muruna - 'Blending in' by setting aside some practices of Islam or Sharia in order to advance others.

#4 Thanks TW, new subsets pf deception explained. It makes you think about the contextual nature of a religion/culture that has such tools for deception in its political plans for conquest.

#5 You are very welcome, NoMoreBS. lotp was the the one who originally pointed out the technical terminology, so I found an explanation to save in my favourites. This is actually the second link I found after the first succumbed to link rot.
