The FBI and the California State Highway are investigating an incident where an armored truck spewed money all over Interstate 5 near San Diego on Monday

Several people were filmed taking the cash off the road

One of was identified as Demi Bagby, a fitness guru with 2.5 million followers, who posted a video on her Instagram

Police are calling for people to return the money or face 'potential criminal charges'

It is unknown if Bagby and her friends are still in possession of the money
