#4 When they say Parler is a threat to Democracy, they mean it is a threat to the Democratic (or really Demo-fascist) party, and it is that. People who believe in their own ideas love to argue with others about them. People who suppress opponents or even try to do so, are people who believe that their arguments against their opponents are too weak to convince normal people. And they are usually right.
