Something that didn't happenor, more likely, was made not to happenon the road to Beslan and at a terrible cost.

#3 SB, for the second stage sure, but it could be coupled with the microwave heat generator, and audio, so the "insurgent" would be zapped to feel the heat and hear the following in deep thundering voice:
"Desist and sin no more against your fellow man! Else the next burning sensation could be in hell!"
