#4 Anyone that knowingly hires anybody below minimum wage should face jail time. Anyone that hires an illegal over a citizen for the same job will face massive fines.

Any illegal that commits a crime in the US will go to jail in the US and Mexico will be charged the costs (if they don't pay a tax on remittances go up). Create a single Social Security Number to be used for illegals so that the money gets into the system properly.

Do those things and you will slow or stop illegal immigration and/or divide the left upon the Union vs Illegals fault line or both. You own't have to defend the border.

#5 Migrants should only be allowed to stay if they earn above average wage!

"Minimum" legal wage (as opposed to the real minimum wage i.e. 0) is vastly too low.
