#1 The CDC requires proof of pet inoculations and immunizations when coming to the U.S. from foreign countries with your pets; otherwise they have to be quarantined.

So who thought it was good idea to just throw open our southern border to anyone who wants to come here?

Could have been Central America but the first cases I head of were in Minnesota so I'm guessing Somalia.
