#1 The vote in the 193-member world body was 187-3 with the U.S., Israel and Brazil voting "no," and Colombia and Ukraine abstaining. Last year, the assembly voted 189-2 with the U.S. and Israel voting "no" and no abstentions.

#2 Telling somebody they have to trade with someone else. Note - its a boycott not an embargo. If you want to trade with them, go ahead. The only catch is with us is if you utilized facilities or materials that once belonged to Americans but were nationalized by the Castro government. That stuff is 'tainted' and so will be you in trade.
